Pierce Congregate Living is a Congregate Living Health Facility that specialize in recurring, intermittent, extended, and continuous subacute and skilled nursing care. We provide a broad rage of inpatient care, including: medical supervision, 24-hour skilled nursing and supportive services, pharmacy, dietary, social recreational and physical and occupation therapy.
Our facility is approved by the California Department of Public Health to provide: (A) services to persons who are mentally alert, physically disabled, who may be ventilator dependent; (B) services to persons who have a diagnosis with a terminal or life-threatening illness; and (C) services for persons who are catastrophically and severely disabled.
Our facility offers comprehensive rehabilitation services and 24-hour skilled nursing and supportive care designed to meet the unique needs of our patients. With industry leading 1:3 staff-to-patient ratio and 1:1 therapy, our team of physicians, nurses, dietitians, physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapists, case managers, social workers, neuropsychological specialists; and activities directors offer individualized programs and care.
